Our services
Flex Route Hauling LLC provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers, including load search and booking, rate negotiation, and back-office paperwork support. Flex Route Hauling is a dispatch service, not a broker: we hold no broker authority, and all loads are booked under the carrier’s own operating authority. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of brokerage services.
Carrier responsibilities
Carriers remain solely responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Carriers are responsible for the safe and lawful transportation of all freight booked through our services.
Fees
Dispatch fees, if any, will be set out in a separate written dispatch service agreement signed by both parties. No fees are charged through this website.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Route Hauling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.
